Therapy

We use therapies in our offices such as muscle stim and ultrasound to increase your bodies own healing capabilities and in some cases speed up the healing time.  We also incorporate A LOT of home therapy, such as stretching and strengthening and body re-education to assist your body in healing now and working better later.

Nutrition

we often discuss nutritional changes to assist our patients in getting the best results in the quickest time.  Not everybody can do everything, but we can do something!

Athletes

We @ AFC AZ believe everyone is SOME kind of athlete: meaning that we have to prepare and train your body to do what you are routinely asking it to do.  For example: maybe you are an attorney who sits at the desk for long hours.  Well, then we have to train your body to be able to sit for long hours strongly and comfortably.

Moms

Let's face it: Moms are where it's at!!  Mom’s do it all!!!  So we cater to Mom’s - we have a Family Room with lots of toys and distractions to keep your kids happy and safe, we are often times loud and boisterous.  We have fun, we laugh, we joke, we play music.  This is No Spa Day, Babe!  Bring your Babies, because when Mom does not feel good, NOBODY gets the Best of Her.

Families

this goes along with Moms!  We want everyone to come in.  To be honest, Kids “get the Big Idea” faster than adults.  The brain runs everything, so make sure that the brain can talk to the body and vice verse.  Simple.  And they KNOW they feel better after getting adjusted, even if they cannot tell you.

Lifestyle

There are 3 Components we build our Chiropractic Care On: 1. Doing the good things we tell you to 😉 2.  STOP doing the bad things we tell you that are hindering you and 3. The Chiropractic Adjustments are done in rhythm.  Now if you KNEW what to do and what NOT to do, you would already be doing some or all of them (duh) so we will help you discover and create what works best for you.
